Örebroväggen
A number of exposed concrete walls are placed in a square around an asphalt floor. The height of the walls is about three meters and they are filled with graffiti. The motives change. Here you will find everything from simple tags to bulging grand abstract patterns and more imaginative figures. Everywhere there is a crackle of color on top of the basically gray walls.
At Tybble Park, next door to Sörby School, you will find Örebro Wall, an outdoor gallery with an ever-changing exhibition and an outdoor studio for anyone who wants to try their hand at painting on concrete.
Örebro Wall is run by the KonstBunkern artist association and actually consists of several free-standing concrete walls. Some sections can be booked by associations, schools and organizations, while other sections are open for anyone to paint on at any time.
