Technical aids

Each school has an audiologist, a hearing technician, and an access and hearing engineer. Students receive help and servicing for their appliances.

School rooms and work areas are equipped with sound systems and their acoustics and lighting design are carefully adapted for their purpose. Students' living quarters are equipped on an as-needed basis. The schools also work together with the Audiology Clinic at Örebro University Hospital.
